How do I redeem a reward?
It's simply, either:
1. Quote your "reward ID" when making a booking online or over the phone.
2. Let us know your email address, or first and last name when coming into our restaurant.
Do I need to download/print a voucher?
There is no need to download or print your voucher to redeem your rewards. However, if you do want to print out a voucher, you can access this from your purchase history
page within your account. You can also add your rewards to your Passbook on IOS or Android.
Does IconPark support Passbook?
We sure do! Simply visit your account on your mobile and select the voucher you want to add to your passbook. You will then see a button to add to your passbook wallet.
Can I purchase a gift card for IconPark?
You sure can. Simply select a gift voucher
amount and complete your purchase. You can then visit your account and download your gift vouchers to send to a friend.
Can I get a refund?
Our vouchers are valid for 3 months and we don't normally give refunds after this point. If you have any questions about your purchase, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
